How can I start my pathway at a specific time?#
A trigger node is used to manually or automatically start the actions in a series of connected nodes within a pathway.
Add the On Schedule trigger to run an activated pathway at a specified time interval, based on the time-zone found in: * pathway settings, or * the Ensemble instance

Step 1 - add the node#
- Click + to open the nodes panel
- Search for Schedule trigger in the node search field.
- Click the node to add it to the canvas.
- Add the parameters that determine when the trigger starts the pathway:
- Choose the time interval (e.g., Days, Weeks, etc), OR
- Choose Custom (cron) to set custom scheduling
Step 2 - set the pathway time-zone#
Note
Save your pathway to open pathway settings
- Click Pathways > your pathway
- Click Options > Settings
- Search for a city, or select a GMT time-zone from the list.
- Click Save when finished.
