How do I change settings for my pathway?#
Pathway settings allow you to choose what Ensemble does when a pathway is executed.
Before you begin#
How do I open pathway settings?#
Note
Save your pathway to open pathway settings
- Click Pathways > your pathway
- Click Options > Settings

Remember to save your settings when finished.
Choose the pathway execution order#
- v0 (legacy) executes the first node of each branch, then the second node of each branch, in sequence
- v1 (recommended) executes each branch in turn before starting the next

Execution order is governed by: * vertical position - starts at top of branch then works down * horizontal position - starts at left where branches are same height
Choose the pathway to use in case of error#
Error Pathway allows you to select a pathway that will be executed if an error occurs.
Set pathway accessibility#
This pathway can be called by allows you to choose if a pathway can be used by other users or in parent-child relationships
- Click No other pathways to disable pathway reuse, or choose from the following:

Choose a time-zone for the schedule trigger#
- Search for a city, or select a GMT time-zone from the list.
Save options#
Ensemble can save executed pathways:
- Successful/failed production executions
- Manual executions started by the user in the editor
- Execution progress that resumes from last point (can increase latency)
Set pathway timeout#
Toggle Timeout pathway then enter the timeout duration
